Do Your Jewelry Pieces Come with Certificates?
Yes, all of our jewelry comes with certification. Depending on the stone size, your piece will include either an IGI Certificate or an NGTC Certificate.
For diamonds over 1 carat, IGI certification is typically included. For smaller stones, certification can be arranged upon request, although the certification cost may sometimes exceed the value of the stone itself. Please allow approximately one additional week for the certification process if requested.

How long does the shipping take?
Every Beyon Diamond creation is handmade by in-house technicians in our studio at Hong Kong. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-7 business day (including customized orders) before we ship your order, plus shipping time. The Shipping time can take 3-7 business days. So you will generally expect your product within 14 Business days.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and accurately. If a mistake has been made with your order information, contact us at info@beyondiamond.com and we will do everything to correct the order.
