Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of your destination. No minimum purchase required.
Duties and Taxes
Any applicable import duties are always covered by Beyondiamond. You will never receive a customs invoice or additional charges after your purchase.
If local sales tax does not apply, no tax will be charged at checkout.
Production and Delivery Time
All Beyondiamond pieces are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your item to be handcrafted.
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery times vary based on your location and range from 1 to 10 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. All shipments are fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
What’s Your Return Policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
Please note that customized products and items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.
All returned items must meet the conditions of our return policy. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What’s the Return Process?
Returns must be shipped to our returns provider in Hong Kong, where import duties or taxes do not apply.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. You may use any carrier of your choice. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to safeguard against theft or loss in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
