Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of your destination. No minimum purchase required.
Duties and Taxes
Any applicable import duties are always covered by us. You will not receive a customs invoice or additional charges after your purchase.
If local sales tax does not apply, no tax will be charged at checkout.
Production and Delivery Time
All Beyondiamond pieces are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Please allow approximately 7-15 business days for your item to be handcrafted.
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery times vary based on your location and range from 1 to 10 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. All shipments are fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
What’s Your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and include all original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, repair, or missing components may not be accepted for return.
For eligible non-defective returns, including returns due to personal preference, change of mind, sizing preference, or other non-quality-related reasons, a 30% restocking and inspection fee will be deducted from the item price. This means 70% of the eligible item price will be refunded after the return is received and approved.
Please note that only the following items are considered final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customized jewelry
- Engraved items
- Items that have been resized, altered, or modified at the customer’s request
- Items specifically marked as final sale
All other eligible non-defective returns may be accepted within the return window, subject to our return conditions and a 30% restocking and inspection fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@beyondiamond.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a quality problem, craftsmanship defect, or fulfillment error, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
For approved quality-related returns, the 30% restocking and inspection fee will not apply.
What’s the Return Process?
Returns must be shipped to one of our return facilities in the United States, Canada, or Hong Kong.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item come damaged. You may use any carrier of your choice. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent loss or theft during transit.
If the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your return has been approved. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. For eligible non-defective returns, a 30% restocking and inspection fee will be deducted from the item price, and 70% of the eligible item price will be refunded.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
